Would you visit a lady if she was wearing a covid mask and said she just had a normal flu? I experienced this recently while visiting an independent lady in Joburg and walked out.

Absolutely @Bekker. I don't think much consideration was ever given to this fact. I mean the nature of their profession is intimacy, the very thing that spreads the virus!

I notice very little difference in fact most venues were still operating during covid all be it undercover. All the independent ladies I visit were open right through out. I think the increase in price is more due to the general increase in travel costs and food price increases. The ladies need to make it up somehow.

Interesting so Covid seemed to make things more difficult for ladies who are not top 5 material and easy and more profitable for those with plenty repeat business and a strong clientele. I can confirm an increase in price as well. The ladies I visit frequently are at the top end of the market and they all jumped R200 a session at least, some more.

A lot changed from the way I see things. There's a lot more done from apartments and out bookings and this I think happened when Covid came along. It showed people how to work more remotely. I think also it increased the demand and unfortunately prices have gone up especially the good ladies.

No one really talking about Covid anymore but I hear from a doctor friend that’s it’s still very much around.
They say Covid changed everything in the world. How has it changed this industry if at all?
