Correction @BeastyBoy FH doesn't include kissing whereas GFE does. This was pointed out to me recently by a well know girl in the industry who works out of Waterkloof.

I think its a nonsense debate, I've never received more asking for FH then GFE and vice versa. FH is the full monty and so is GFE, it just sounds softer to say GFE.

Just double check with the lady beforehand about the kissing. Most ladies I’ve met don’t offer kissing even in GFE bookings.

After much confusion about the difference between FH and GFE I was advised that FH is plain s-e-x and GFE is s-e-x and kissing but no other extras normally. Not sure if all the girls agree but this is what I was told and it makes sense so Im sticking with this.
