@UrbanLegend its all about the money. Next time in your WhatsApp to one of the top ladies mention the amount you are prepared to spend on her and watch what happens. I talk from personal experience. It's not an uncommon problem. Try and get hold of a good doctor or a good lawyer it's also difficult. the ladies are just the same. In my experience the better they are the harder it is to get hold of them. My haphazard time schedule doesn't allow for me to book in advance so I just keep trying.

Supply and demand. The more scarce you are the more the demand its simply maths. Try WA and SMS sometimes that's worked for me.
