@Pieter83 that would put me off as well. I wouldn’t turn my back in her presence and there’s no fun in that!

I had a peculiar experience of late, which I recently encountered during a service interaction with an independent lady. As a loyal customer and someone who values her services this was totally out of character..

While the quality of the service itself was satisfactory, I found myself becoming increasingly uneasy due to the behavior of the SP The lady whose name I unfortunately cannot reveal exhibited a series of actions that raised my suspicions and made me feel quite nervous throughout the booking.

What troubled me was her repeated and seemingly unnecessary excursions to her personal bag during the booking. 

Each time she would abruptly break away, rummage through her bag, and then resume where she left off. This pattern was repeated several times, and it became increasingly difficult for me to ignore the implications and distractions it created.

I understand that everyone has personal items and necessities they carry with them, but the frequency and urgency with which she accessed her bag left me concerned about the nature of her actions. Given the prevailing security climate and the importance of vigilance, I felt it necessary to address this matter with her and I think it could have damaged the relationship.

I didn't want to make assumptions about her intentions but it was very strange and had to say something. 

Was I wrong to confront her?
