Most clubs and big venues charge levies just to work at their establishments so lets be sure to understand the differentiation between the two.

Try getting hold of one of the top girls working on their own, it's often near impossible! If levies help to get some consistency going them Im all for it.

Venues are reliant on attendance to keep the wheels turning. It's easy to get up late and watch the others work, a levie acts as the only leverage available. I agree though, keep it reasonable.

I spoke to a lady who worked at a gentleman's club who confessed to being charged up to R5000 for being absent on one day even with paperwork now that's a bit extreme.

I suppose you have to have a few rules and levies is one way to motivate the ladies.

I was chatting to a SP recently and she was telling me that some establishments charge the girls levies for arriving late or for being absent from work, I was quite shocked at this! Is this common practice? What if the girl was actually sick or had a genuine problem?
