I love the content of this thread. Why should this service be seen as any different from any other service especially considering the amount of money we spend. Well all I can say is that without your reputation there's not much left. I was with a lady last week who jumped straight to extras and the accompanying amount I would need to pay for the extra before I even had a chance to relax. It was soo obvious that all she was interested in was her precious extra's which would increase her take home and while I can relate to wanting more money surely you also have to make sure your client is satisfied, happy and wants to return? Its ok, ones reputation is like your business card and it travels with you so that kind of service is short lived.
